Focus on the OHS market

Regulated by the French Labor Code, safety at work is standardized and controlled. However, there are still a significant number of deaths, with 500 deaths per year at work and 626,227 accidents at work in 2016. However, these accidents at work do not take into account the growing number of occupational diseases and the psychosocial risks that are becoming more and more widespread.  Raising employee awareness is therefore becoming a crucial issue for successful risk prevention and improved safety at work. The creation of a single professional assessment document has almost become a must. Some sectors are taking more action than others, such as the construction industry. But once the risks have been assessed, the action plan remains to be implemented. Among the recurring problems faced by company managers and occupational health and safety (OHS) managers, employee commitment is often highlighted. Other areas can be exploited, such as social dialogue and quality of life at work.
